Our services are very custom to you.  We can't be everything to everyone, but we adapt to all the various little issues that come up and do everything we can help solve the problem or at least get you on track to help you contact the right folks to get you squared away!

How does it work?

During our zoom, we will have you share your screen on your computer or laptop and we can walk through and tell you how to make the approriate changes to help get you on your way.

That way you'll learn it for the future and our team won't make any unwanted changes.

Are you available 24/7?

No.  Right now our services are available 9-6 MST.  Although conscierge services might require us doing reasearch or homework outside of these hours, zoom help sessions, email and online chat are only available during those hours.

Do you need my logins & passwords?

Nope!  Security and Privacy is very important to us and our reps will NEVER ask for username or passwords for any of your accounts, nor ever have access to your accounts.

Does MyPal Make The Changes?

No, we help you make the appropriate changes to your account.  We don't make the changes ourselves, but rather guide you through them.
